Small Group Coaching Structure
The nature of the weekly calls

Each trader provides a "check-in" where they outline their primary objective, their activity in the week, plan ahead, their learnings and what they need from their coach and their peers.

In this meeting Trader1 has a primary goal of achieving 4R per day or 20R per week. (If you are not familiar with the 'R' terminology, an R represents the unit of risk or gain. Hypothetically if the Trader used $400 for one unit of R, then their objective is to make 4 x $400 or $1600 on average per day.)

Notice the weekly check-in follows the same structure - Keep sight of their big picture objective (4R/day), What they did last week towards that objective, What they plan to do this week, What did they learn, What do they need to do next and where they need help.

69% win rate.

Average win is ~3 times average loss.

If you risk R of $400, with 256 trades over a three month period have made 450R.

256 * .69 * $400 * 3 - 256 * .31 * $400
= $180,000 or 450R
